12.2 Upon Account termination for breach, any Balance comprising real-money funds that have met all applicable wagering and verification requirements may be returned to the Player's verified BDT payment method, subject to jeeeta's investigation and compliance review. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from fraudulent activity are forfeited in all circumstances.
